International shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance.The volume of orders we experience during Holidays and Sales can affect our shipping/delivery time too. We do our best to solve any problems that our customers might encounter with their online purchases. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment. Note that If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
