SHIPPING INFORMATION

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Absolutely! We provide worldwide shipping. However, keep in mind that, depending on your country, custom charges may apply. These additional fees are usually charged by your postal service upon arrival and will be at your own charge.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED?

International shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance.

The volume of orders we experience during Holidays and Sales can affect our shipping/delivery time too. We understand the frustration of having to wait for your purchase longer than anticipated, but we assure you, we're doing EVERYTHING possible to prepare, ship and deliver everyone's orders promptly and efficiently.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT MY CURRENCY?

Right now we're able to show dozens of global currencies to give you a sense of how our prices convert into other currencies. We're working to implement new payment systems that will allow us to accept not only different currencies, but also dozens of different regional payment systems. So while the content of your cart may currently be displayed in your local currency, our store process all orders in USD at the most current exchange rate.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?

We are so sorry that this happened to you. Send-us a picture of the defective product at support@bloomgush.com and we will send you a new product as soon as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do our best to solve any problems that our customers might encounter with their online purchases. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment. Note that If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. For more information, please read our refund policy.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, once orders are processed, cancellations aren't allowed.
